I got in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was waiting to see whether or not I would get into the Department of Continuing Education: Teacher's Assistant Diploma Program and I got the phone call today, I'm in.

I have a meeting with the Admissions people at the UofW next Wednesday and my first day is October 27th. I finish is March.

I've been busy filling in paperwork and updating my resume to get ready for my meeting. Four months of school will cost me the same as one year at the UofM, but instead of that much PLUS books it's that much, all inclusive. And I have a 3 week practicum at the end which is sweet.

I am very much looking forward to this. It means class most days from 9-4 but some days only 9-12 and other days 1-4. It's Mon-Fri, with nothing on the weekends which fits my life perfectly right now. By April I could be working in a school full time!!!!!

Other excicitng news (if that wasn't enough). My fiance is moving in and as a family we're renovating and rearranging the house so that he and I get the basement as our little flat. And my mom is buying us a dresser. Life is pretty sweet right now.
